ENVIRONMENTALIST FILES LAWSUIT AGAINST BP

Another lawsuit was filed against British Petroleum for their involvement in the April 20 oil spill, but this time from a local Naples, Fla., environmentalist. Brian Doyle claims that BP, along with others, violated various federal acts during their “lax adherence to federal environmental laws and permits.”
